A beautiful campsite with a sandy beach

Campsite Galeb can proudly say that it is one of the few campsites with a sandy beach in Dalmatia. Its beach is one of only two sandy beaches in Omiš and is very popular with swimmers of all ages. It stretches along the entire length of the campsite and offers a stunning view of the sunset, while on one side it is “guarded” by the slopes of the mountain. The shallow sea and gentle slope make it a popular choice for families with young children, but older children will also enjoy the additional facilities. From pedal boats and kayaks to a children’s playground and beach volleyball, there are plenty of activities to keep them entertained for hours while you relax under a parasol. Guests from Germany and western Austria, as well as Liechtenstein and eastern Switzerland, usually travel through Slovenia, but because of the traffic jams at the Karavanke tunnel, they often detour through Italy (Villach - Udine - Trieste - Rijeka - Omiš).
Guests from the eastern part of Austria travel through Slovenia (Graz - Maribor - Zagreb - Omiš), while those from the central and western part of Switzerland travel through Italy (Lugano - Milan - Venice - Trieste - Rijeka - Omiš).
