Call center support The spectacular Plitvice Lakes are located in continental Croatia, at the transition from the interior to the coast. They are part of Croatia’s first, largest and arguably most visited national park, which was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1979.
The incredible beauty of the lake, the waterfalls and the greenery criss-crossed by paths is hard to fully convey in photographs. This most famous natural phenomenon in continental Croatia consists of 16 lakes and over 90 waterfalls, the most attractive of which is the 78-meter high Veliki Slap.
