Summer in Pula: Concerts in the Pula Arena

It’s a warm summer evening, and the sounds of your favorite song fill the air. Above you is an open sky, and in front of you is a large audience and your favorite musician. It doesn’t get any better than this, right? There’s one place in Croatia that perfectly captures this magical atmosphere: the Pula Arena. This year, the city of Pula has invited numerous local and international performers to brighten the summer of 2025, and you get to choose who you want to see.

International performers

Tom Jones, June 24th

The first in a series of concerts will be held by the legendary British pop singer Sir Tom Jones, author of the hits “She’s a Lady,” “It’s Not Unusual,” and “I’ll Never Fall in Love Again”. Jones has been performing for over 60 years, and his hits and distinctive vocals have left an indelible mark on British and world pop music. Remaining ticket prices range from €40 and up.

Jean-Michel Jarre, June 28th

Jean-Michel Jarre is a French electronic music performer and one of the pioneers of open-air concerts. He will put on an audiovisual spectacle in Pula, taking the audience on a futuristic journey of sound and light. Petar Dundov, a Croatian DJ and electronic music producer, will open the evening. Ticket prices range from €80 and up.

Bryan Adams, July 29th

This Canadian singer is one of the most beloved musicians of all time. He began breaking records in the early ’90s when his hit “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You” spent 16 weeks at the top of the British charts. Enjoy his hits, old and new, as part of the “Roll with the Punches” tour. Ticket prices range from €80 and up.

Grace Jones, August 8th

Her most famous hit is still “Slave to the Rhythm”, and her trademark is the combination of different musical styles. Grace Jones will honor the Pula Arena with her concert as part of the Adriatic Summer Festival. Ticket prices range from €65 and up.

José Carreras, August 26th

Carreras is a Spanish tenor and one of the most famous opera singers of his generation. He will perform in Pula accompanied by the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, and will perform some of the most famous arias and songs of his career. Ticket prices range from €40 and up.

Croatian performers

Prljavo Kazalište, July 25th

One of the most famous Croatian rock bands that has been active since the 70s. They will perform at the Pula Arena as part of the “Stare navike” tour. Ticket prices range from €36 and up.

Parni Valjak, August 15th

A Croatian pop band founded in 1975, whose path was marked by the legendary singer Aki Rahimovski. They recently welcomed a new lead singer who successfully conveys the spirit of this popular music group. They will perform in Pula as part of the “50” tour, celebrating 50 years of activity. Ticket prices range from €31 and up.

Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade, August 23rd

If you are a fan of “klape” songs (and even if you are not), do not miss this concert. Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade began their story back in 1985, and with this concert they will celebrate 40 years of activity and delighting Croatian and foreign audiences. Ticket prices range from €29 and up.

Tony Cetinski, August 30th

Croatian pop-rock singer whose hits are an indispensable part of every night out or house party. He started his career in the early 90s, and at the Pula Arena he will sing some of his most famous songs with the audience: “Blago onom tko te ima”, “Ja sam zaljubljen”, “23. prosinac”. Ticket prices start at €25 and up.
