About the campsite

Situated 4 km north of Rovinj, campsite Val Saline is ideal for a family holiday by the sea. The location is very quiet and the campsite has a beautifully maintained pebbly beach, which is reserved for the campsite guests.

The campsite is connected to the town by bus, but you can also go by bike on a cycle path.

Beach and wellness

There are two smaller heated swimming pools, which allow swimming from May until the end of September, so throughout the whole open season of the campsite. The pools are surrounded by water playgrounds for children. Campsite Val Saline also has a wellness center for adults, with 3 saunas – Finnish, Turkish and infrared – and a jacuzzi on the terrace, as well as massages and beauty treatments.

The natural seawater lagoon next to the pebble beach is a unique feature of the campsite. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge, and SUP-boards, kayaks and pedal boats can be rented at the beach. The campsite also offers a wide range of sports activities: From football to tennis, basketball, table tennis and an impressive mini-golf course, as well as an outdoor fitness. There is also an inflatable aquapark in the sea next to the beach, as well as an entertainment center and, if you want to go horse riding, the Haber Equestrian Center is nearby.

Accommodation

Camping pitches at Val Saline are arranged in terraces along the entire coastline and most of them have water and drainage, which is particularly suitable for guests with motorhomes and caravans. There are also pitches with more shade in the upper part.

As for the sanitary facilities, we can say that they are very nice and modern – cleanliness is never in question at campsite Val Saline.

You can also choose to rent a mobile home in Val Saline – there are smaller mobile homes for 2 – 3 people or larger mobile homes for 4 – 6 people. All are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace.

They also have large glamping tents for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, a private bathroom and a kitchen. These are also air-conditioned.

Food and entertainment

The campsite has a shop, a restaurant, a beach bar, and they even brew their own beer which you have to try. In the evenings, they organize entertainment for the whole family, but if you want to check out the city vibe, you can take a cycling trip along the beautifully maintained cycle path to the romantic Rovinj.
