News in 2016. – Campsite Valkanela

As from the year 2016, it brings a multitude of new facilities and improvements – learn what’s in store for you!

As from the year 2016, the water fun at Campsite Valkanela is rising to a new level You will find it at a new swimming pool complex and a newly appointed sandy beach!

The swimming pool complex will consist of three swimming pools:

• A children’s swimming pool for youngsters who are learning to swim for the first time, 0.25 m deep and 173 m² surface area
• A junior swimming pool, for those a little more experienced, who pine for water fun, of depth between 0.90 m and 3.40 m and 368 m² surface area
• A senior swimming pool, the largest one and intended for adults to enjoy swimming, of depth 1.35 m and length 50 m, 992 m² surface area

All the swimming pools will contain fresh water. They are surrounded by large sunbathing areas, of surface area measuring 2,000 m², where you can choose between a lawn, ideal for play with your youngsters and a decking base in the close vicinity of the swimming pools. Should you fancy some refreshment or a light summer lunch, you will find it at the swimming pool complex restaurant and pool bar.

Apart from the large swimming pool complex, the Campsite Valkanela beach will welcome new sandy, pebble and paved bays. New catering facilities, showers and children’s playgrounds will feature. Your pets will also be able to enjoy this beauty – a section of the beach will be reserved for them, where they will be able to find refreshment in the sea or under the showers.
