Q: Is there an ambulance at the campsite?

There is no ambulance at the campsite. Guests are sent to the tourist ambulance in the city of Rovinj, 2,5 km away from the campsite.

Q: I am a disabled person. Is the campsite adapted for me?

Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts is partly adapted for the disabled. The beach is not fully adapted, but it has special entrances into the sea, with safety rails.

Q: Is there animation at the campsite?

Although the Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts does not have animation inside the campsite, this campsite offers many opportunities for individual training or just relaxing on the beach. The campsite is located near the town of Rovinj. It is possible to walk to the city center on the walking path that goes along the beach.

Q: Does Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts have Wi-Fi?

All public areas at Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts are covered with free Wi-Fi (the connection strength is weaker in some parts of the campsite). Campsite also offers an Internet corner.

Q: Is there a facility at the campsite where I can wash my camper van and car?

There is no place to wash your car or camper at the campsite.

Q: Which accommodation units can I choose for my holiday?

If you wish to stay in your own tent, camper van or caravan, at Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts you will find different types of pitches – Classic, Porton Comfort, Porton Premium, Superior Mare and Prestige Mare. Pitch Prestige Mare have connection to electricity, water and drainage, while the rest of them only have connection to electricity. If you like staying in nature and do not have your own caravan – our recommendation would be accommodation in Campsite's Porton Nature Hideouts mobile homes. You can choose from among different mobile home categories – Mediteran Premium Seaview, Mediteran Superior, Mediteran Premium, Mediteran Comfort Family, Mediteran Studio Comfort, Porton, Porton Pool and luxury homes Family Holiday Home Pool and Couple Holiday Home Pool.

Q: We would like to spend our summer holiday with our friends, on two pitches. Can we book two adjoining pitches?

It is not possible for us to book adjoining pitches. We will note your preference for the vicinity of pitches upon booking in order for your wish to be taken into consideration, subject to availability. On your arrival at the campsite, you will be given the number of the pitch where you will be accommodated at the campsite reception. The same terms apply to mobile homes.

Q: Can I book a specific pitch or mobile home number?

It is not possible for us to book the preferred pitch or mobile home number. We will, however, note your preference upon booking in order for your wish to be taken into consideration, subject to availability. On your arrival at the campsite, you will be allocated a pitch or mobile home number at reception.

Q: Is it necessary to book accommodation at the Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts?

At the Campsite Porton Nature Hideouts you can also stay without prior booking, but we would certainly recommend accommodation booking for two reasons: the price is more favourable if you book your preferred accommodation in advance, compared to the price on arrival. Also, in this way you are avoiding the risk of being left without accommodation at the campsite.

Q: Is the sojourn tax included in the booking price?

The sojourn tax is included in the price of pitch and mobile home bookings. If you are booking in advance, the booking price is final and there are no further surcharges (sojourn tax, one-time registration, final cleaning, electricity, water).

Bed linen and towels are included in the mobile home rental price. In the mobile homes Mediteran Premium Seaview, Mediteran Superior, Mediteran Premium, Mediteran Comfort Family, Mediteran Studio Comfort bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days, final cleaning is following departure. In the mobile homes Porton, Porton Pool and luxury homes Holiday Home Pool and Couple Holiday Home Pool bed linen is changed every 5 days and towels every 2 days, final cleaning is following departure. Bed linen and towel change is included in the mobile home rental price.
